"Now remodeling came out to give me a free quote. Their tech and salesman Tyler originally had a span of gutters over 35 ft with one down style and a second set that had a downspout which would have ended up putting my walkway and driveway. He was extremely pushy in demanding a down payment in order for me to secure the lowest price. I mention that I wasn't ready for gutters and still had my house to paint. We came to an agreement that I would contact them when I was done painting, give them my gutter color choice and schedule a date for installation. After finishing the house paint I contacted a gutter company for a second quote. I decided to go with this more detailed and thorough quote. I contacted now remodeling to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. Tyler informed me that I was not entitled to any of my down payment back. He claimed additional work was done that had not been done, this included work done in my free estimate. He breached his contract and falsified information to collect more than the 15% they were entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service."

"I took several quotes, and the last one was with Absolute Roofing. He provided me with aTaylor Metal Spokane Washington pamphlet and metal roof color wheel samples, and got up on the roof to take measurements. I paid him a $10,000 deposit through my Capital One Visa on March 4th 2025. Initially, he would start the project first week of April. Then he kept pushing it out every 2 or 3 weeks. It was difficult to communicate with him because his text response or phone response was generally a week to 10 days after the initial inquiry. I confronted him about his Lack of honesty after he told me that he would refund my $10000 after he got reimbursed from the metal roof supplier, I confirmed with them that they had given him a quote, but never received payment for supplies nor issued him a refund. I don't recall signing a contract but received an email invoice reflecting proof of $10,000 deposit with balance if $10,000 upon project completion. I gave him one more opportunity to move my project forward within two weeks and he indicated he was unable to comply do to employee problems."
