All along, communication was clear, regarding costs, scheduling of necessary permits, sub- contracting (plumber/electrician) and inspections. "Found Elite Construction at the Spokane Home & Garden show. I just had Elite Construction replace a tub/shower in my downstairs apartment and replace the shower in my ensuite bathroom. I am VERY happy with the work they did and the finished products! Elite showed up on-time, as scheduled, on 2 separate visits to complete both of the bathrooms…one each day and stayed on the project for the entire day until it was done. Very professional service and what awesome work they did! After they finished both bathrooms, the owner, Sergey, and his son, Roman, both made a point to ask us to contact them if we found anything at all that was not done to our satisfaction and they will take care of it. However, both showers were done exactly as we requested. In the past, I have had many negative experiences with companies that have done work at my home, so I am always skeptical when trying a company that I have never used before. "Joe did a great job converting a bedroom into an office. He removed a closet, a door, and carpet. Then installed new flooring, hung drywall and put in a custom door. He was careful to lay down protective coverings over existing floor and carpet. Arrived to work when he said he would, was flexible, and quick to make small changes and/or redo something that wasn't quite right. Charged about the national average for a room remodel. I will be hiring him again for more projects in the future."
