Suddenly during a cold snap our garage door would only open a few feet and the opener lights were flashing. We waited a couple days for warmer temperatures and it still would not open completely. Turns out it was not the cold at all. My older garage door, heavy wooden type was sagging and the motor could not pull up the weight anymore. It was extremely noisy when it did operate.
Travis evaluated the situation. I was willing to get a new garage door if needed, however he said it was not necessary. I needed a new motor and if I wished new rollers too to cut down the noise. Wow. Am I pleased. Installation was quick, neatly and cleanly done. The door opens quietly. The siding surrounding the garage door had pulled away and he nailed it back.in place.This is above and beyond.. Personable, knowledgeable and listens to your needs. What more can you ask for?

I was very happy with the opener they installed, but it would have been nice if they had described what models they offered and the cost of each before doing the work since their website lists several different ones with different features. To be fair, I should have asked, but didn't. I'm still very happy with the opener and very happy with the service.

I was deeply impressed with the work ethics, level of attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy shown during my encounters with this company. They didn't try to sell me a new opener system since mine was still operational, gave prompt, courteous service and sold me a good product. I am very pleased with the results, and my neighbors are, too! (At least one other has already hired them based on the work they did for me!)

What is really awesome is that the door was installed on Friday morning! My new garage door looks totally awesome and completely changes the look of my house. I am very happy with this purchase!
These guys were fast, professional, and had great customer service. The pricing was very good and included installation and all hardware needed. Although I did not purchase a motor to open the door, I feel assured that if I do so in the future I would receive the same excellent level of customer service from this company.
