"Very honest bid for the project. Mark did not recommend the highest grade of heat pump because we didn't need it...saved us a lot of money for no real benefit with the larger pump. They sent the quote within 24 hours. The workers took a total of one day to complete the whole project, and they were neat and very professional. Great recommendations for brands of air filters and the pros/cons of each. Very careful with existing furnace. Did not recommend replacement of the furnace because it was in good shape and was a perfect fit for our 2900 sq. ft."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. "This was an excellent customer service experience. I selected Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating in Lynnwood, WA on the strength of Angie's List reviews that describe actual furnace repair work rather than other companies that seem more focused on doing furnace replacements. (Day & Nite do replacements, of course, but the reviews cited a fair number of repairs as well.) Although my gas furnace (a Carrier Weathermaster 800) is about 20 years old, my circumstances didn't allow replacement. When I contacted Shondra in their office about available appointments they were booking several days out, but were able to move it up a day and a half which was very appreciated given the cold nights. Tyler was the HVAC-R Technician sent for my appointment and he was amazing - both personable and knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed and fixed the unit. He also understood that I am someone who likes to know details on what is being done and why – not too much detail, but enough so I felt informed which reassured me. Tyler’s great customer service and positive attitude, on top of his knowledge and experience with the technology impressed me so much I signed up with Day & Nite for their annual furnace maintenance plan next winter and will happily refer my friends and family for their furnace needs. I have yet to experience the Day & Nite plumbing services, but on the strength of my experience with Day and Nite and support by Tyler, I will give them a call when that need arises. (FYI: The approximate service cost of $600 included the ignitor part less a 10% customer discount for signing up for the maintenance plan, the trip charge and that for next winter’s maintenance trip, plus tax.)"

"The have been very satisfactory. They are an American Standard dealer which has Trane I think. I just went ahead with that equipment so I didn't shop. They were good because actually they didn't tell me to replace the furnace that is there. They had to take it out to get a new coil. So, they didn't try to sell me a new furnace. That's a real plus because I wouldn't know. They were there right away. There punctuality was very good too. They were right on time. There professionalism was very good.
  They have a repair man that really knows heat pumps, which is not east to find these days. They are very complicated. When you have a system with a heat pump, it's a very complicated system. They really repair people and they need to go out to school. The people I was with, they really couldn't handle a heat pump. I was glad to drop them. But this is just not like the old gas type furnace that was easy to repair. These systems are very complicated. I would use them again because they are my Heating and Cooling people. No doubt. I wouldn't think twice."

"Wow, these people were great! After seeing another company struggle to get two very old fas fireplaces to work, our property manager was directed by another fireplace repair place (who no longer services gas fireplaces) to call Lifetime. They sent Travis McKibben to our home, and he was fast, efficient, and most of all, he got the job done and done well. He really knows what he's doing, and is a really nice guy too. If you have to get service on a gas fireplace (especially an older model), or need HVAC work, I highly recommend this company and this technician."

"I initially hired this company to do a routine maintenance on my heating/cooling equipment. In the middle I needed to have the blower on the forced air system cleaned and rebuilt. The blower failed shortly thereafter and Air Ductors replaced the blower at cost. The next blower was bad out of the box! They came back promptly and were able to help us keep an elderly mom/in-law who lives with us and is heat vulnerable comfortable in extreme heat conditions! Air Ductors encountered problems and overcame them with a great attitude."
