"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

Our job lead, Mike, did a wonderful job walking us through the process and providing constructive feedback and guidance to get us towards an ideal design. He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. His associate, Troy had no trouble understanding the old valve system and easily replaced valves and solenoids - leak repaired! This company was responsive and easy to work with. And a fund of info re: landscaping needs and irrigation. We will definitely use them again."

"They prepared land between street and driveway for planting. Removed weeds, brambles, and what was left of several small trees. Power washed rock retaining wall, smoothed out land with new soil. Laid "fiber-cloth" and 3" to 4" of mulch. Power washed driveway. Very good job!"

Upon meeting Heidi for a consultation I knew she would get the job done to my satisfaction. I had just lost my husband a couple of months prior to our meeting. She was empathetic and considerate of my budget. Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! These people are terrific and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone I know!"

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
