First he will show up with luxury car and trying to deal with you smoothly, once he took $5,500, the game will be done. He messed up my front yard and didn?t finish his work. Now I am starting small court processing. Is been more than 2 month. He is kind of scammed.

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
Blamar Construction agreed to receive $5000.00 up front and the balance upon completion of roof. Alvaro Delgado said the work would began on 12/20/24. BLamar Construction has not answered my text or calls nor have they started the job.

Exterior Trim Repair
The front fascia and trim of our home needed to be removed and replaced with caulking and paint to finish. This was the second time we have used Alvaro and the team and it was a terrific experience both times with clear communication, fair pricing and top quality work. On a personal level, they are friendly, engaging and excited about doing great work. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and they will absolutely get our future business when needed.

These guys are friendly and very patient when dealing with a basket case customer like me. They are very honest about their prices and do not use scare tactics to try to get you to pay more for unnecessary work. Happily despite my stress disorder they still came and did the work and did a very good job. My complaint would be that they need to work harder on keeping to agreed-upon schedules. I set aside time expecting them to be here and they should keep to that and respect my timeâ that I have set aside a window of my day for them.

Exterior Trim Repair
We hired Blamar Construction to repair a broken trim and broken panels on the exterior wall of our house. Alvaro came by and inspected the damage. He was extremely courteous and professional, and explained what repair work needed to be done. The quote he provided was very reasonable, and included materials, paint and labor. Alvaro and Trinidad did an amazing job with the repair. They carefully removed our HVAC duct covers, replaced the broken panels and trim, put the HVAC duct covers back, and painted the wall. Overall, we are very pleased with Blamar Construction and definitely recommend hiring them.

I hired this crew for a small siding job (two short sides, one story rambler). Good contractors honor estimates over 90 days out and will work any construction phase if the homeowner chooses to work a particular phase (I did the painting). This offers significant cost savings. A two-man team completed the job in three days. The owner later informed me that they handle other construction projects, large and small. I fully intend to hire them for other home projects and will review them accordingly. Young, hard, hard-working men with easy-going dispositions that work in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Prices are reasonable.

Alvaro with Blamar was absolutely amazing. He knows what he’s doing, is eager to work and surpassed our expectations for repair of siding in a few spots on our 40 year old house. One area required structural work and he was able to fix and improve the problem. I am so happy with the results. I have already and will absolutely recommend Alvaro to anyone in the future who needs siding, trim, paint repairs on their house.

I inquired about woodpecker damage. They (Alvaro) called back within a day, came to house the next day and gave a quote, and were onsite within a few days. The team working were professional, reasonable, and clear with their questions. It was a good experience all the way around.

I hired Blamar construction to do my driveway & an excellent job was done, I was very pleased with how their work came out. My expectations were meant. I was left very happy w/the work that was done I will be hiring them for more projects to be done around my home. They also speak English & Spanish which comes in handy.
