They hand washed the exterior of the house instead of pressure washing, to maintain the integrity of the siding. They did a thorough job of caulking, and cleaned the gutters for us, since we did not want them painted. They worked with our personal schedules and worked around the weather, of course, in taping off the windows, etc. They did spray when painting, but put on a thick coat and immediately back-rolled to press the paint into the siding for better adherence. The paint job looks clean and professional, and should last quite a few years, which was one of our main concerns.
Description of Work: Painted the exterior of our two-story house, including chimney, garage doors, trim.
