Clean Image Services, Inc.

I hired Clean Image on work on May 1, 2024 to fulfill their bid proposal at a cost of $2,700 and change. They arrived promptly at 9:00 am and began working, continuing until approximately 7:00 pm. Once they were gone I started inspecting their work hoping to be duly impressed by their efforts. Unfortunately, I started noticing issues immediately; the cap to the door side water connection was broken off and discarded under the trailer. There were scuffs to the striping and tears in three places. I notified Steve Hathaway the next morning when he arrived and pointed out the damage. “Repairs” were performed on May 9th after I had paid the invoice. A piece of white vinyl tape was slapped haphazardly over one tear as a repair. The water connection was replaced without caulking the edges, as the original had been sealed. When I went to seal the fitting myself, I found all four screw holes stripped out. I repaired the holes and sealed the fitting.

It went great. They took out all the damaged stuff (tile, drywall, etc., etc), dried it out, got us certified mold free, put it all back, and left us a clean house to boot! AND, like I said, they dealt with the insurance company.

Everything went very well. Most of the stains came out, and there was no residual smell. Things dried fairly quickly, and they moved the furniture and put it back rather than making us do it. I was very pleased.

Arrived at the appointed time. He reviewed the area to be cleaned and shampooed; upstairs and the main floor. He proceeded to vacuum the areas to remove the dog fur and other loose material. Removed two and quot;bags-fulland quot; of dirt/fur from the carpeting. He then tool his time to deep clean. Spent additional time with the most soiled spots. Removed the majority of the spots. Only those that had been there for years couldn't be removed (coffee, red wine stains). He also cleaned an oriental rug.
Overall, very satisfied. He brought back the original color and texture of the carpeting. Purchased both stain-remover and pet stain remover from him to supplement my weekly vacuuming and occasional pet accident.

They did a real good job. They are very prompt, very respectful and very professional. To a person who wants their carpets cleaned I would advise them to give them a call because they are really nice people and totally low pressured just like your next door neighbor. Everything they did from the time they showed up was with utmost professionalism.

We really liked them and they were local. We used them in our previous house that had carpets. The price was reasonable. He cleaned all the carpets in the entire house just before we moved. He is thorough and very clean. He is a very prestigious person and he seems to make himself. He is very good about our furniture and everything. There was a rough spot on the floor from something before we moved in and he tried so hard to get that thing out and I didn't really care. He was determined and very good. I liked him. He came highly recommended and I appreciated the person who recommended him. I home school my children so when people come in it is a little hard for me and he was so kind and sweet. I paid him the bill and then he sent me a thank you note and not only that there is a local dairy which makes ice cream and he sent my children their own ice cream coupons so they could have ice cream from him. That was way too cool. He worked around with me and helped me move a bunch of things which I didn't realize had to be moved out of the way. They were so gracious. I would never forget him. I now have hardwood floors but if I need to I would use him and I would recommend him.
