Do not use this company. I used them once and the job was done right. Came back to offer to do more work, I agreed to pay deposit to hold spot for scheduling. Was sent estimate and it was too high and included work I did not want done. Eric agreed to rewrite the estimate taking off those repairs then changed his mind and said I would have to pay the full amount with no discount for work I was not having done. I said I was not agreeable and asked for my deposit back. I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT. So, I have been trying, for almost a month, to get my $4350 returned and Eric keeps giving me excuses: "It's in my account and has a tax lien on it" "There Mrs Judith your refund is going to be returned it is not going to happen right away your check has been processed through our accounts and we going to need to deduct the time that I spend making the order for your materials your check will be mailed to your address." "We sincerely apologize our accountant hasn't been able to get back to you due to covid-19 and coronavirus some of the business have been affected at this moment we are working on getting your refund ." This has been going on for two months now and I will have to file suit to get my money back. Eric is aware my husband is ill and I have to spend a lot of time and energy caring for him and this has put a great strain on me.

We gave 1300 dollars cash since he requested for a payment, We decided a fiber glass door, we choose one, he told us was 3300 and for the project 4300 dollars, but when we paid for the door was just 2000 dollars, so we requested to pay 1300 dollars less, but he disagree. I am really upset that he is trying to take advantage from us. We requested the money back is until now, we do not have the money back, and is not responding the calls now. In the end I did receive a full refund from Eric

I started off by reaching out to Erick for a quote for my home improvement project which included minor siding repair. As the work progressed it was identified that the siding was not installed properly by the previous owner and needed to be reworked. It increased the work significantly. I really liked working with Erick and his team as they kept me abreast with the status and provided me the best advice. Even after a month I was able to reach out to Erick to fix some minor issues. I would highly recommend Erick and All City Handyman

The guys showed up to do some unexpectedly difficult garage door repair, and did a very good job.

I can't say enough about the quality of All City Handyman's work. They installed my new kitchen flooring, updated my kitchen cabinets, and did some painting. My kitchen looks stunning. The guys called ahead, arrived early, did excellent work providing options, and took my feedback into account. I now have a stable bed for a reasonable price. I live in downtown Seattle so they dealt with the limited parking and my slow elevator in stride. I highly recommend them.

All City Handyman Services replaced my deck steps and deck railing. I was able to schedule a convenient date to do the work. Erik's advice helped me decide the best way to accomplish my goal. The work was done in a professional way...paying attention to how it looked as well as how it was done. They cleaned up the construction site each end of day. they were polite and professional It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Erick and his team gave us a great solution, an accurate and reasonable estimate, and started the work quickly. Their communication about the project was excellent. They answered every question we had immediately. And the work they did was outstanding. We had our front deck and stairs replaced. The job was done in five days and it is stunning!! We have had so many remodeling projects in the 25 years weâ ve lived here and this was so successful as well as competitively priced.

Gave me a estimate same day not a week plus like some others and it was a fair price and less than other bids I received.The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and hard workers, finished on time. The boss showed up several times to check on the project. I would recommend All City Handyman Service.

I didnâ  t have to wait a week to get an estimate, it was a fair price for the work I wanted done and was considerably less than the other estimates that I received. The crew was knowledgeable and would listen to what you wanted the end project to look like. The boss came to the project several times checking to see if I was satisfied and the job was on schedule. They will do smaller projects where many contractors are only looking large jobs and turn down the smaller ones. My project was a fence and I would definitely recommend All City Handyman.

We were very pleased with the quality of work, and the clever way an unusual repair was accomplished.

The demo work was done promptly. They took time and care to protect existing surfaces and cleared away all debris.

We originally contacted Erick about doing some demolition in our backyard. He brought in a specialized demolition contractor to help with the city permitting and heavy machinery. Once the building was demo'ed, Erick and his team did a fantastic job replacing our (very old, rotting) fence. It ended up being much more complex than expected, and Erick was great about communicating what needed to be done, and what the time line would be. We love our new fence and our updated backyard!

We hired Erick and his team to fix a damaged balcony. He helped us design a new look, and when the damage was more extensive than we originally knew, he communicated clearly with us and worked above and beyond to make our space safe and functional. A great team to work with and reliable, quality results.

I called them on Saturday night and they responded same night, came out Sunday afternoon, and had my large drywall hole patched and painted by Wednesday. Along the way they also de-mossed my roof for an extra fee (during a monsoonal rainstorm). Honestly, given the circumstances, I couldn't be happier. Very professional.
