We did a walk through and he provided me a detailed analysis of what was happening with the low pitched roof and why we were getting water intrusion. He was transparent about pricing throughout the process and did not low ball the estimate. From materials ordering to removal and replacement of the roof his team was efficient; in and out within a week. Quite impressive. All of his team supporting the roof, Carlos and others were professional and thorough. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Angelo shared he was a fourth generation roofer and his experienced showed! Very happy with the outcome. "

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
