I had a very bad experience with a previous contractor who installed my exhaust fan on my roof. When it rained outside, it also rained in my bathroom through the exhaust system, creating ceiling damage in my newly remodeled bathroom! Needless to say I was extremely upset and no longer wanted to deal with the contractor who initially installed it, as his fix the second time was not a fix at all (duct tape and plastic over the cap on my roof). I looked on Angie's list in desperation to find a new contractor, because it was scheduled to rain all week, which would only create more damage. I contacted Stewart Roofing, and spoke with Tim and explained my plight, he was very empathetic. Tim was extremely professional, and helpful, and super informative. They came out the very next day and fixed my roof, replacing the cap, and adding the flashing that the last contractor failed to install. They did an awesome job! The roof is exactly as it should be. It rained last night, and my bathroom remained dry. It was certainly more than fair value for the money. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a honest, genuine contractor who demonstrates that humanity still exists. Thank you Stewart Roofing, and thank you so much Tim! I would definitely use them again.

We contacted Stewart Roofing for our project based on a stellar recommendation from a friend and we're so glad we did. From the initial budgetary estimate to completion of the project, every one we dealt with at Stewart was professional, courteous, and efficient. Tim and Rick took all the time needed to explain their proposal to me in detail; Marty provided more info and options when he came out to confirm the initial estimate; and the installers, Chris and Rich, were punctual, very friendly, and did an outstanding job of answering questions and communicating their progress along the way. We highly recommend Stewart Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

WONDERFUL! Great to work with people that don't do it "half-way" and really care about their customers. Here's this chapter of outstanding customer service. Tim at Stewart Roofing (who is very knowledgeable and customer-oriented) worked with me in June over a number of days reviewing photos of 1) a shingle tab with about a 2"x2" surface area "gone" near my peak and 2) a bottom tab that was slight torn. Keep in mind, this was all installed early 2015. That didn't matter. Rick (owner) and Tim reviewed some photos I sent and offered to send someone out ASAP to replace the tabs...even the bottom tab we determined I likely snagged with my electric cord when blowing off my roof. The technician came, checked out the peak "spot" and the bottom tear. The top was likely just a bubble from manufacturing and he was happy to replace it...but didn't recommend it because sometimes the "fix is worse than the problem". I agreed 100%...I don't like disturbing a nicely laid, sealed roof unless necessary. Given there was another layer of material on the tab, we moved on to the bottom tab I likely tore. He was happy to replace it (again, this wasn't a warranty issue, just excellent customer service) and he did and I appreciated it. How did it go? Pretty AWESOME! Really glad I went with Stewart Roofing years past...they've never let me down! They deserve another Angie's List award for 2018! They have my vote for sure!

Very smoothy. I contacted Tim at the office who promptly setup an appointment with Marty to come out and assess the job. I received and accepted the quote. Supplies were delivered on a ok weather day for the Northwest and the job was completed within a day and 1/2. The two-3 gentleman were polite and professional and made sure area was tidied up each day after completion. I was very pleased.

Tim and his team went out of there way to fit me into their busy schedule to complete a low cost job so that I close on the sale of our home on time.

Excellent follow-up by Tim at Stewart's. I emailed them and within 24 hours Tim both emailed and contacted me with obvious concern. I explained the issues and how I was befuddled how this could be happening after two years of usage. Tim offered to send someone out that day but I didn't want them to go to that initial trouble, but I did want them to know I might have a warranty claim. After some back and forth emails and phone calls, as well as photos, I cleared the soffets and the problem (condensation due to poor venting on my part) went away. Had nothing to do with Stewart's work or materials...but they acted as if it was the most important issue they had in front of them. I previously recommended them after the whole house & detached garage re-roof and I DOUBLY recommend them because of their professionalism and concern with my house issue.

I was super impressed with the "above and beyond" attitude to try and fit me in on a very busy day. The technician squeezed me in between two already scheduled jobs and did the patch for free! My popcorn ceilings were saved and I was impressed (hard to do). I will gladly recommend Stewart Roofing.
