Dan was easy to work with. He explained all the issues pointed out in our inspection and how to fix them. His proposal was clear & detailed with different options priced out. Dan took time from his busy schedule to stop by our place after a roof leak.  He cleaned up some area around the skylights and made some minor adjustments to the flashing around it (which was most likely the culprit).  He did this for free with smile!  Honest, helpful and knowledgeable person!

They were awesome.  Everything was extremely clean when finished and it was like they were never there.  They cleaned the gutters, but there was no sign of dirt, debris or anything on the ground.  I was not even home at the time and I didn't need to be.  They got it done in the time frame they said they would.

It has been a while but the assessment was the important thing. He checked the roof and took pictures of weak spots. 3eHis assessment was that the roof could probably last another couple of years, but could have some leaks in a bad storm. We decided to replace the roof, something he didn't do. After checking Angie's list, we got bids from three top rated roofers. Rock Roofing did the job and we are very satisfied.

Dan did an excellent job.  I was on the roof with him while he worked and he was very generous in taking his time explaining what he was doing and why.  The exhaust vent looks great and appeared to be an above average installation.  I've seen many as an insurance adjuster and worked with many contractors as well.  If he is available, book him immediately.  Good luck!

Got the referral to Water Wise from Valentine Roofing, since they don't do roof repair.  Was very glad that they sent some one else.  Dan from Water Wise did a thorough job looking at the roof from all places; he gave me a quote promptly and was very patient explaining what was going on with my roof. He doesn't need deposit, just a signed form. 
On the day of, he showed up exactly the time he said he will.  Started diagnose where the leak started from.  Finished the job within time frame and then some.  Was very considerate; and was patient when I quizzed him on the condition of my second home's roof. 
Why replace the whole roof when repair for less than a quarter of the price will fix the problem and extend the life of your roof for a very long time.
I have began recommending Dan to other friends.

After we called, him. He called back quickly to set-up an appt. Was very courteous, complete and honest in defining work required, and cost of each. If needed we would call again. Of intrest he is one of few that will do roof REPAIR. Most all others listed under "roofing" only do full  roof replacements. 

I needed to find a roof repair person and started calling around. Most big roofing companies only do full roof replacement jobs so I asked them for referrals for this smaller repair job and that's how I found Dan Everts of Water Wise Roof Service.  He is EXCELLENT!  He arrived on time, great communication, quickly found the problem on the roof showing us pictures of how the fan vent was not shingled properly, had enough supplies on hand to fix the problem right there, and also climbed in our attic at my request to do a quick inspection for water or mold damage (thankfully none was found since it was minor leak). I highly recommend Water Wise, high quality service and fair prices. Invoiced by email the next day and also ask for and received a gutter cleaning referral.  Dan is extremely good at his roof repair business!

Our asphalt roof is about 20 years old, however overall in good shape. About 5 years ago, we called the original roofing company regarding a leak, and they recommended Mr. Everts. He was pleasant, straightforward, and after describing our leak in detail to him, he 'triaged' our leak and gave us a window of time he could come to evaluate our leak. He called from the job prior to ours to give us an estimate when he would arrive. He was very thorough in his evaluation and explained the source and cause of the leak and gave us an estimate before doing the repair. He very quickly did the repair and we have had no problems with that area since.
He also kindly educated us as to the slope of our roof and that it would be better in the long run to have a metal roof due to the slow movement of the rain run off.
This month we noted a new leak in a completely different, separate part of the house. The leak was a slow drip between an eve and the outside of a masonary wall. Once again, Mr. Everts was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to ascertain that the leak did not involve the inside of the house or attic. He again explained his findings which included two possible sources of the leak. He proposed a repair of a certain size and was clear that if that did not solve the problem that a larger repair could be done, but that in his experience, the smaller repair would suffice. He did the discussed repair and there has been no signs of leaking during our lastest deluge of rain in the past couple of days.
It was a real pleasure to work with this gentleman. Our house is over 50 years old so there have been more urgent updates needed the past couple of years, however, we will heed his advice and budget for a new metal roof this coming year.

Dan initially came to do the kitchen range hood damper vent work. While he was on the roof he discovered four flashings around pipes that needed replacement. He photographed them for me to see--something I found helpful as I wouldn't want to climb up on my cedar shake roof on a damp November day! I had him back to do that work as well.
I asked him for a recommendation for someone to pressure wash my roof (he doesn't do cleaning or moss/algae preventive treatment) and he strongly advised me not to have it pressure washed, but rather to have it air-cleaned instead. In his experience, no matter how gentle or low-pressure the company claims their power-washing equipment is, inevitably it will shred some of the wood fiber and damage the roof. He suggested a company that could do air-cleaning and treatment.
My overall impression of Dan is that he's reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy.
