I did a lot of research and comparisons with the top roofing companies in the north sound area. Axis continually proves themselves with my clients being very happy with all levels of their work...from minor cleaning to complicated replacements. Axis just did my own home skylight replacement, despite some issues they encountered that required a repeat visit they didn't upcharge and were fast, friendly and clean. Christian was great, really impressed with Axis and I see why they have the best reputation in the roofing business. Will continue to recommend them to anyone that asks. Awesome Job, thanks Axis!

NOT GOOD! i think the problem is summer. after their agent climbing up and checking my roof i never heard back from this crummy waste my time roofer with a plan or anything. my repeated attempts to further the process along have failed. e_mails not answered, telephone calls not being answered. big disappointment. there are equal or better and more responsible professional roofers that want my roof project. is it possible that recreational drugs are being used when on the job?

Kyle came to do a roof inspection and estimate for the diverters and for a roof cleaning (which will wait until spring); arrived on time, very professional, explained what he found, and answered all of my questions. Christian came to install the diverters; he also arrived on time, had the repairs done in short order, and answered all of my questions. Very pleased.

The office was very flexible when it came to scheduling our re-roof, and the roofing crew was absolutely the best! They showed up on day one after the materials were delivered and put on the roof. They worked non-stop (at least I didn't see them take any breaks!) until the old roof was removed and the base layers were layed. They cleaned up after themselves, went home and showed up the next morning as scheduled and completed the job. I was amazed at how skillful they were and how well they worked as a team - what would have been a week long job for me (not including cleanup) took them the better part of 2 days and when they left, other than a brand new roof, there was no sign they had been there! I would definitely use them again!

Axis was great to work with. Their quote was itemized and very accurate, they were on time and finished on time, and they kept everything clean. The three days it took to replace my roof were the coldest, wettest and windiest of the year, yet they persevered and got the job done. Their supplies showed up on time and right when they needed them. They answered all of my many questions to my satisfaction. They kept me informed as to the state of the old roof (with pictures), their progress as they worked, and how the roof looked (including the chimney) once they were done. Since then, they have done other work for me, recently repairing a metal roof on an outbuilding. This was also done very professionally, with the price coming in just under the quote. I would definitely use them again for any roofing or gutter needs.

Roofers threw shingles and flashing into my yard all around my house. They broke my wife's first Mother's Day present( a japanese maple in front of our house). I had to use a magnet to pick up a bunch of roofing nails from my yard, so that my dogs and kids could play in our yard. They said they would re level my gutters, then after the job was done I was told they no longer do that service. A week and a half after the job is complete and I still have the excess flashing and roof vents sitting in my yard, killing my grass. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Have had this company maintain gutters and roof at least annually for several years. Had them replace downspouts about three years ago. Roof cleaning more work than usual this time around, due to unusually productive amount of sticky tree pollen & debris. Decided this year to have exterior washed off. Fellow did an exceptionally nice job, cleaned up the soffits, rinsed off the windows, house looks much, much better. Got the job done in slightly less than an hour. Always arrives on time (or call if they're running late), and do a very good job. I used to let a gardener power wash the roof, but after gardening crew ran over one downspout and knocked off another (and didn't tell me), prefer to have reliable professionals like Axis do the work.

They were responsive, arrived on time, and did what they said they would. The roof and skylights turned out gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. They didn't do just the bare minimum. They made several suggestions on how to make our roof more compatible with the Pacific Northwest weather.

The clean up wasn't great, there were nails in the backyard that my dogs could have gotten to. The quality of the materials was good but at the same point they could have probably took more precaution with the gutters.

The Axis team were very congenial and professional from the start. As stated in previous reviews, Axis was neither the least costly nor the most, but the professionalism and thoroughness provided by Billy (estimator) was impressive. Samples and recommendations were provided based upon our needs and wants. The roofing work team were friendly, efficient and very competent. All work was completed in a timely manner given the weather conditions and cleanup was very thorough. If asked, we would recommend Axis Roof & Gutter to our friends and family.

roof looks good, service was very poor. Axis never cleaned up my property. They left unused materials in my drive way for a week. They left nails and tacks all over my property, when I inquired as to why they didn't clean up they said my son had agreed to sweep up for them. Two of my girl friends tires went flat due to the nails and a friend got a tack in her foot. They did credited me $100.00 but of course the insurance company got that.

I contracted axis last fall to fix some issues with my roof. They came out and we discussed all the work that was required and an estimate was provided. I agreed and they came out and did the work and billed me. When I inspected the work it was apparent about half of the job was completed. I called them and asked them to come out again to finish the work. They came up finished up part of the work and billed me new charges. I questioned the new charges and they told me it was additional work and reduced the charges but still charged me to complete work that was agreed upon in the original quote. After inspecting the repairs again it was apparent that there was still work to do so I called yet again. They came out for a third time and completed the originally agreed upon work and again tried to charge me. I had numerous invoices and it was difficult what charges where for what work. In the end I paid over 5K for the repairs so assumed I had all the issues fixed. This summer we sold our house and had a home inspection. The inspector found missing shingles (no storms this winter so obviously left off), missing flashing around the anchors (areas they repaired) and missing ridge shingles which should have been caught on the original repair. I called them to complain about the work they completed only 5 months prior and they said they would fix but needed to charge me. When I received the bill for $380 I called to understand why I was being charge for work that should have been done on the original repair. There were some shingle that had staples in them and were backing out so I was willing to pay for this portion but instead they charged me for the entire job and even after I supplied the material they charged me $380. They were unwilling to adjust the charges and I was in the middle of a move and unwilling to fight with them. Bottom line is do not use them. They are unreliable, incompetent and will milk you for as much as they can. Go with a reputable vendor and you will be much more happy. .

Selling your home can be very stressful and one always likes everything to go very smoothly. You have quite a file with us; we have several emails, calls, and time sheets of the time and care that was put into your home. You called originally 4/22/2014 for a repair estimate from a referral. You specifically asked for a service of repairs in a spot and "end boards". One thing we will never do at our company is over charge someone for a bunch of repairs. We were not asked for a roof inspection, a roof certification which is very common in the sale of a home, we were told of the area you would like us to take a look at repair and that was the end of it. I can appreciate the frustration of owning a home that things should be installed properly to begin with, your new areas that showed up with the sell of your home had nothing to do with the work that we had performed on your roof. We responded to every call and request you made, every email that went out, and made payment arrangement's as payment was due the time of completion. We do not staple shingles in any circumstance, we are a GAF Master Elite installer 1 of 11 in the State of WA are chosen because of our install practices and proper application, not to mention our Fall Safety Protection practices we have in place. Having a Grade of an F when we receive 10/10 on our roof installs is tough considering we never once left your side as a customer or didn't take care of you. The truth that you can't make everyone happy remains and we wish you the best in the sell of your home, it is hard to believe that you received an estimate to take care of the report that your inspector wanted you to do for your home, accepted it wanted us to come and do the work (a year later) and now that invoice is still open. Best to you and hope your days are brighter ahead, sorry you had such a horrible experience as we have documented and pictures of a lot of time and care that went into you and your home. When you go to the DR you don't get full body scans unless you ask for them, they will just treat strep throat only. We just treated the area you asked us too and were not out to get your money for an entire roof!"
