"Excellent company. Iwas freaked out and they calmed me down (call them before you lose sleep!) It's not as bad as it seems. Showed up right on time. Gave an excellent consult that didn't feel rushed nor about just making money (instead.. doing it right!). The actual remediation (all the dry wall in the bathroom, cutting new electrical holes, etc was done to perfection with a clean air test and no debris. They respected HOA rules and they got all this scheduled after permits. It was a seamless stress-free process and ironically it was also the most affordable."

They worked professionally, when they said they would. They had warned me there could me more water damage found when they removed the damaged flooring. (lucky for me there wasn't much. The extra stuff they did have to do was reasonably priced. Justin was a good project manager and Victor a good contractor. I will hire them again for other projects for sure. They left the work area clean and looking great."
