The project dragged on almost a year. That's when Rene came to the rescue. Rene was able to get the right parts and repair the damage promptly. The texturing and painting match the existing perfectly with high craftsmanship. The price was reasonable too. Rene has earned the rights to be my stucco man."

"Brad came to look at the siding on 100+ year old house. Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. And Brad was amazing. He helped me figure out a plan that was affordable and made so much sense for what I’m looking to do. I don’t always have the greatest experiences with various folks involved in home repair (plumbers, electricians), and was almost crying by how understanding and helpful he was. "Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."
