"Had a great experience with these guys. Justin Snodgrass is a very good consultant. I did not had to leave my home even once to check out samples. Whatever I needed installed or planted was bought to me. He bought me the samples for the synthetic grass to look at and select also picked them up. He was very patient and was personally at my house to answer question and concerns. Very professional, not pushy at all, on time and always reachable by phone/txts/email. My backyard turned out exactly the way I wanted. It looks great. The worker who installed the synthetic grass was skilled and knew what he was doing. The crew that came to work was very professional as well. They listened to my suggestions and made sure I am satisfied with the work. They had good work etiquette and kept areas clean and free of clutter during the time period of their work. The price was reasonable. All the people I worked with know what they are doing and were good at it. I would definitely hire them again."

"This was an exceptionally good experience. John gave us a bid on the next business day after we called. He was prompt and gave us a window of when they might be able to do the work. They have some large jobs, but were willing to work us in when they could and it took only two weeks to do that, which is what he had estimated. I can't say enough about how pleasant John was, along with his two-man crew who came to do the work. They were polite and professional, and I loved how clean they left the yard! You wouldn't have know that the digging had taken place. When the crew as finished, John personally verified every single drip, which I did not expect and might not be reasonable on a big job. I was also impressed with how they placed the drips--these guys know what they are doing! My only regret is that we don't need any more irrigation help right now, so the best I can do is to let others know about this really positive experience."

And that was AFTER I complained about the original $5,700 they originally wanted to justify and charge for the work performed (moving drain and supply lines and installing a shower valve for a master bath remodel). At least the quality of work seemed satisfactory. Reflecting on our extensive 2020 remodel, our experience with Sarkinen Plumbing was the worst! I do not plan to use this company again nor recommend them to others."
