This was an exceptionally good experience. John gave us a bid on the next business day after we called. He was prompt and gave us a window of when they might be able to do the work. They have some large jobs, but were willing to work us in when they could and it took only two weeks to do that, which is what he had estimated. I can't say enough about how pleasant John was, along with his two-man crew who came to do the work. They were polite and professional, and I loved how clean they left the yard! You wouldn't have know that the digging had taken place. When the crew as finished, John personally verified every single drip, which I did not expect and might not be reasonable on a big job. I was also impressed with how they placed the drips--these guys know what they are doing! My only regret is that we don't need any more irrigation help right now, so the best I can do is to let others know about this really positive experience.

Everything went well, this is the only company that would come and do the work. Didn't need a fancy "street of dreams" backyard, so other landscape companies were not interested. John is very easy to work with and listens to want you want done.

John Darrow was personable and presented some interesting ideas for improving the usability of our backyard. He and his crew arrived on agreed upon date and worked continually until complete. We were pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Cascade to our friends and neighbors.

Couldn't get a tree service out to even give us a bid after a huge wind storm hit as there were many downed trees in our area. We had hired Cascade about a year ago to replace our back fence for $1,200 so gave them a call, and they responded quickly and did the job. After taking care of the tree disaster and replacing the busted fence, we decided to have them replace another rotting fence on our property line and remove a bunch of bamboo.

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FOR QUOTE AND THEN WORK DONE THEREAFTER. USED MACHINE THAT CREATED 'SURGICAL SEAM' IN LAWN VERSUS DIGGING TRENCHES. MINIMAL DAMAGE TO EXISTING LAWN. HAD PROBLEM WITH COVERAGE ON TWO AREAS WHICH WERE RECTIFIED WITHIN A WEEK.
