I emailed the guy and he got back to me very quickly. Because the water line is on the other side of the driveway they would have to go under the driveway and that jacked the cost up significantly. The guy got back to me very quickly, he googled the address and said "here's your issue, it's going to be very expensive and this is about what it will cost you" I didn't proceed with it but from the stand point of when he got back to me, he got back to me very quickly. When I gave him the address, he got back to me very quickly after that and gave me a kind of diagnosis if you will that I confirmed with a neighbor that had the same issue and he said yeah, the guy is spot on. It is in fact an issue, they have got to do that. I didn't proceed with the job due to the expense, but I wasn't disappointed with the service. The guy could have smoked me, he didn't screw around he just said here's what the issue is. I was impressed that he took my address, diagnose it and get back to me. The guy was all over it. I was pleased with it. I sent an email early in the morning 4:30 or 5 o'clock and I had something back by 8 am. I didn't do it because of the cost it wasn't an issue with the service or the responsiveness.

When I called the woman who answered was rude and expected me to know everything about the type of system I have. When I explained we just moved to this house and really need someone to walk me thru it, she said they were booked up for two months. Guess they are doing something right if they are that booked up, but I wasn't impressed with customer service.

Does yearly check of backflow device. Does seasonal maintenance of sprinkler system. System needs repairs and we will use this provider to do them. We will continue to use this provider's services for yearly maintenance.

The company was great, although their focus is to service backflow valves and my system does not have one. The tech helped as much as he was able considering the system that I have and actually made two trips to turn off the water in the Fall and inspect the irrigation system this Spring. Angie's List needs to be more specific in its offerings for Great Deals and be sure the Deal describes the specifics of the service. Nothing in this deal's offering mentioned that a backflow valve was needed to receive the services I purchased.

Tester came, Tester tested, Tester passed my backflow. Very straightforward with no issues.

Technician arrived on time and got to work right away. After he finished, he explained the services he performed.

had constant issues getting the appointment set up. When finally I was able to get a date for an appointment, the service man called the wrong phone number and left a very brief message. They were supposed to call my cellphone when they would be at my house in 30 minutes. I called back immediately, he did not pick up the phone. He returned my call in 10 minutes and said that because he had not heard back from me he went on to his next client. I feel like it was a simple request that was not followed through on. i work 10 minutes from my house and have no trouble getting there in time. I left work to meet him at my house as I expected him to be on his way, when he called me back he then said he couldn't be there until several more hours. Then he offered to reschedule, but I have not heard from them. I would not use this company again, they are not nice on the phone, cannot reliably follow my requests for communication. and they do not make visits after 4. I offered to pay extra to have the work done sooner, but this did not result in any better service. This is what was supposed to happen 1. service personnel calls my cell phone 30 minutes before due to arrive at my house. 2. I leave work and drive 10 minutes to meet them at my house This is what happened. 1. service man called my land line and left a brief message explaining he was not sure why he had to call me 2. I immediately called him back and left a voice message saying i am on my way to my house and will meet him there at 1:30 3. once i got home, he called me back saying that because i did not answer my landline he went to another clients 4. he offered to come to my house in a few hours, which did not work for my schedule since I already had left work and had to go back to the office 5. he offered to reschedule, said the office would call me back, they have not yet called 6. he said he would call me on monday, when he was in the neighborhood again. This has not yet happened. I am very disappointed with their service and feel like they held my sprinkler system hostage. they performed a winterization in a fashion that left me unable to turn the water back on myself.

I was at work when the service tech came, so I don't know if I have included all work performed. I didn't know what a nice job he did until this spring when I turned the system back on and realized that he drained the system and then shut the drains so they would be ready to hold water (usually I have to go around and shut down the drains myself). There were no broken pipes and it seemed like he did a very thorough job. This was an Angie's List Big Deal for winterizing a sprinker system.

Water Metrics came promptly (exact time we set up!) I was actually Sick w/ the Flu along w/ my Kids so just briefly spoke through the crack of the door so they wouldn't catch our Contagiousness ; ) He was very Courteous, understood, & quickly did All of the Needed work in "Weatherizing" our Sprinkler system.

They came out to the house and they couldn’t find the valve that they needed to blow out the pipes. It seems that the company who installed the system may have not installed it up to code. He told me that I could call him back and make an appointment at any time once I figure out what was going on. He was very nice and helpful. I will be calling him back for the additional work when the weather gets nicer.

Jeremy was very professional and explained in detail what he would be doing during his visit. He was also on time which is very important to me. He made some suggestions for spring. I would highly recommend Water Metrics West!

It went quickly, smoothly, and on time. I'll most likely be calling them to do the prep work for turning it back on it in the Summer.

They showed up on time and did a thorough job of winterizing my sprinkler system. I use Water Metrics for my business backflow testing as well and they always have done a great job and take care of all the details for me. I highly recommend them.

I was able to have someone come out here within 2 weeks of the phone call. I understand they were very busy. The service man checked the function of all the sprinklers, and drained the water out of the lines so they would not break over the winter. It took about 30 mins from start to finish. I will be calling them back in the spring to get us ready to water again.

He was very thorough. There were problems associated with the lack of a backflow device that the previous owner neglected to put in.

I did not know the sprinkler system since we had just purchased the home. They were very helpful in showing me the zones, shut off and controls etc. They showed up on time, were very professional, helpful and nice to work with. I plan to hire them again next time I need service.

Bought the Angie's List deal. Made a phone call and got on the schedule quickly. They showed up early, walked me through what they were doing and really made it easy for me to trust them in their services. Great company, will definitely use them to come out again in the Spring and get things going for me and do the backflow inspection.

The guys came out and it turned out because I have a rural property with a well. They could not do the service as I was unsure if it had a backflow. They came out and were nice. They let me know they were running late.

The guy who came out was great. He was very professional and was straight forward. He was honest about the work that he could no do. The system was to old for them to work on. He gave me a card and told me to call Angie's List for a refund.

They came out. They had a little difficulty working with some of our pipes. They were able to figure it out and did a good job with the service. My wife said she would like to use them again in the spring to check the sprinkler system.

They could not do the service due to my home not having the proper system. They are going to add a backflow preventer to the system to meet code. They were nice to work with. They young guy that came out was great.
