"The work initially went well but the level of effort went up as well as the cost. Additional parts and labor above the original scope added significantly to the project cost. When complete we were nearly 25% above original estimate. When paid that was the last we saw of them. No further contact was made despite voice mail, texts and emails. Head adjustment, controls and timing was totally left up to me."

If your grass is stressed from being over-trimmed, try watering it heavily and then allowing it to recover for at least two weeks before mowing again. It’s a good idea to aerate your lawn in the fall or spring when there is plenty of moisture in the soil. If you plan to aerate twice annually, you can do so once in the fall and once in the spring. You don’t want to aerate when your grass is dormant, and you also don’t want to aerate directly after a big rain, as the soil will be too wet for the aeration to be effective.
