"Parker came out and did a fantastic job! I called for an appointment to replace an outdoor outlet and replace the head on a three prong cord and Parker came out the next morning. He arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Even when there was a hiccup with the replacement Parker was able to quickly troubleshoot what was going on and get the job done. "The scheduler was very pleasant and cooperative.  We had a glitch on our end which was our fault and was quickly and happily resolved.  The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess or fuss and everything works perfectly.  The electrician was also gracious and pleasant to have around and seemed very accomplished.  We live quite a ways out of Portland, so it can be difficult to get workmen, especially good ones. "From the Scheduler, Angie, to the electrician that came out, Sergey, it was a totally great experience. We got an appointment in a reasonable time and Sergey was actually early getting here. He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, but always asked for consent to do anything extra and always explained the billing. No surprises!We had a new light fixture and two new light switches installed. (Some very important and helpful information about how the light switches needed to be compatible with the type of light bulbs you use… who knew! Well, probably everyone but me…). He even did a safety check of our circuit box. All in all, I would highly recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs!"

"I don't think there is anything to say beyond the fact that on a value per dollar basis this project gets an A+. The transformation is remarkable. DRG did a marvelous job in terms of getting in here and getting the work done in a very timely manner , thus lessening the mess and disruption that construction entails. They started the project when they said they would, arrived every day in spite of the ghastly weather and finished the project in 8 days. Amazing!

The results exceeded all expectations. The plants and planting areas are beautiful, the irrigation is in, the hardscape provides definition and the bike and garden storage shelter with its amazing Eco Roof is beyond belief.

Mack and his crew were fabulous to work with. They were a pleasure to have around....always positive and responsive. I can honestly say that I've never worked with a better team in terms of skill, quality materials and work and great customer service. We're glad to have the project completed but actually miss seeing the crew's faces each morning!
