Chase came out, diagnosed and fixed everything, cleaned it all up, and showed me how to keep it going even if we turn it off every summer. I've since been able to help several other folks in our complex sort out minor issues with theirs, but when it's not dead simple I refer them to Chase. 10/10, would use again, have recommended to others. Total was 723.36$, I believe that broke down as 159$ base fee, 499$ for all the work, plus tax. I don't remember the distribution in the work/cleaning/etc."

The install was defective - pipes weren't attached and we were heating the crawl space for over a month before my husband identified the problem. "Wow! Janes is a standout company to work with. From scheduling to clean-up, working with Janes was a great experience all around. Tiffany, the Scheduling Manager, went to bat to schedule us for the floor leveling work in our basement around my college daughter's schedule since we had to take our water heater out of commission for a few days. Jeff, the Project Manager, communicated well and often getting us ready for the job and patiently and quickly answered all of my sometimes silly questions as we were prepping for the project. On the day of the job, Jeff arrived hours ahead of the field crew to take measurements and layout the job. The field crew was polite, respectful, patient with my questions and curious gawking while they worked and they laid down a beautiful level floor. They left the job site as clean as they found it. I should note that our job though relatively small for them (about 800 sf) was tricky because we had a very uneven floor that needed to be poured and leveled to some very precise constraints. They nailed it."

"Cleaning the air ducts was done quickly, it is the craw space job that was really hard and challenging, yet David went above and beyond and wasn't scared to go down there and reattach and secure the dryer vent in the crawl space, he came back all covered with lent. He quoted me an initial price for the craw space job and committed to it despite the challenges he faced to get it done. I'd hire David again in the future for his professionalism, honesty and being a man of his word."

"We called a company that advertises on tv with a catchy jingle for a fix on our old heat pump. We knew we might have to replace it. A fix was not in the plan for this company.......only a replace. The price was shocking and they would give us a discount if we did it right away. ugh Just so irksome. Our neighbor had used Legacy One recently for a new heat pump as had friends of our neighbor. Karl gave us the option of repairing the old one or installing a new one. We opted for a new one with a new air handler, too. He gave us a few options on brands and then installed a couple days later. We really are saving on the electric bill.....probably half this winter. yay It will take a few years to pay for it in savings but we have a warmer house now, too. The new heat pumps are quite efficient for this mild climate. Our old unit could not keep up so auxiliary heat was coming on too often. We would turn down the temperature to keep it from coming on so were usually a little cold. My only complaint is that the cement pad on which the heat pump sits is on a steep hill and the workers eroded the dirt on the downhill side and did not replace.....but it was a minor problem for us and husband shoveled dirt back up."
