Cleaning the air ducts was done quickly, it is the craw space job that was really hard and challenging, yet David went above and beyond and wasn't scared to go down there and reattach and secure the dryer vent in the crawl space, he came back all covered with lent. He quoted me an initial price for the craw space job and committed to it despite the challenges he faced to get it done. I'd hire David again in the future for his professionalism, honesty and being a man of his word.

I can’t say enough about the experience WA Duct Cleaners-David was incredibly helpful well before her even came out. He explained in detail our options - said he would take pictures of the vents before and after and would walk us through various options even after seeing the pictures so we weren’t locked in. I felt confident after talking with him he was professional and had The experience I needed for this because I wasn’t sure if I really needed every single vent cleaned or not. Needless to say I am so grateful we went with them. David was amazing.., he went above and beyond walking around explaining how it would work... he found all the vents - even some hidden behind furniture (and was only charging Flat fee) and immediately shared w me what was in each... and explained options on cleaning. The pictures before and after we’re incredible...he included the dryer fee since I had agreed to do all the vents for a flat fee.. and the dryer was a HUgE undertaking. I’m shocked we didn’t have a fire before now after what he found... the lint was overwhelming and he even found moisture under the dryer ..and the piece of tube connecting to my dryer was defective- he explained he had a better piece that would work (for no additional charge he replaced the defective piece that had lead to the lint seeping out over time. In one of the larger vents in the main hallway he noticed the screws were loose not only fixed them but found objects (actually a piece of drywall ) inside the vent that the previous service or workers had left there covered in 3 inches of dust ...and probably creating more as it broke down in there over the years...he actually found another object left in one of the vents that could’ve been obstructing the air cycle. It was unreal. It made me realize how we just assume the things we can’t see are working as they should... and I pray it doesn’t take a dyer fire or lint fire to wake anyone up on this. I felt lucky to have found someone we trust in our home and trust to not overcharge for something yet so important ... I will be calling Wa duct cleaners (David) every year or at least every 2 years - you can trust it’s worth every cent (although they were lower than 2 of the other quotes I received!) it was an amazing deal for the care and service I got. You don’t need to call anyone else- you won’t be overcharged and you’ll be Satisfied you chose the nicest and most professional service - hardest worker...I couldn’t have been happier.

David, from Washington Duct Cleaners, was punctual, friendly and straightforward. He made sure I felt comfortable with what he was doing and he gave me some great tips on things I could consider. I recommend working with them if you're looking for a good service!

Short and sweet.

This was a very good job. David continually posted me on progress, pointing out the results from each duct and especially the dryer vent (major issue with accumulated lint). He worked hard, efficiently and was very respectful of our home, leaving zero mess. Would hire him again in a minute!

The serviceman was extremely professional. He performed his tasks with proficiency and politeness. He was thorough inspecting all ductwork in the house and even inspected the venting under the house. The amount of dirt and dust removed was astonishing and we’re all breathing easier after the cleaning with a huge reduction in my wife’s allergies. Will definitely add this companies services to our home maintenance list.

David explained the services to be done and the amount to be paid on the phone. Our duct has never been cleaned for a long long time, so he used a special scrubbing device without charging us extra. He went out of his way to drill new holes and secure a loose vent cover on the ceiling. He cleaned the dryer vent and suggested that we cover the hose on the outside to deter pests from entering the house. He showed me the before and after pictures of our air ducts, which convinced me that he did a great job. He wore a special shoe cover all the time to protect the cleanliness of our house.

I suspect I was scammed. I was quoted one price on the phone, but then when David actually arrived at my house he told me he needed to charge extra because I had more air returns than he anticipated. Apparently his original quote only included one air return for the whole house. David showed up and only used a shop vac to clean out the ducts, which is not the service that was described to me. After he finished the job, there were visible dust bunnies left inside the vents, soot marks on the freshly-painted walls, and scratches on the hardwood floors from his shop vac.

Washington Duct Cleaners (David) was very thorough and efficient and was careful to make sure everything was clean when he finished. Unlike some duct cleaning services that use a large vacuum truck, he used a combination of a rotating brush and vacuum to clean the entire system. I also appreciated that he called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. I would definitely hire again.

David was fantastic...on time, professional, explained everything, showed before and after photos of the ducts, and I appreciated his honesty. He checked the cold air returns to see how dirty they were and would have charged $50 to clean, but reported that they did not need cleaning and were in good condition. He was courteous and friendly, and spent nearly 2 hours working. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and gave advice about improvements to be done there.

David quickly responded to my inquiry and worked with me to find a day and time that wasn’t months in the future which was really great. He provided great communication up to the appointment date and provided a quick and thorough cleaning of our duct system. Unfortunately he had to clean the ducts by hand because we live in an older, previously remodeled home that had changed the duct layout for the worse. He explained the process in great detail and even showed us pictures of the insides of the ducts. David was kind, courteous and did a really great job. Would hire again if/when we need the ducts cleaned again - highly recommended!

David did a super job of deep cleaning all my ducts. He was exactly on time and spent about 2 1/2 hours working. Even cleaned dryer vent and return registers/vents. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend David
