My main breaker had tripped several times over the course of a month, very concerning since I knew my 82 year old house had knob and tube wiring. For the initial assessment, Craigan W. came out and explained that my house only had 100 amps coming in. I really had no idea what that meant and Craigan took the time to tell me about the amp usage for the major appliances. Apparently, using the washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher at the same time was taxing my system to the limit. Craigan went through the house, noting items that were not up to code and reviewing my options with me. He was very thorough and professional. Although it was very expensive, I decided to have the whole house rewired along with updating the breaker box/increasing the amps to 200. The next step was the installation. The installation team consisted primarily of Kurt Hodge and Tyler. On the first day, they walked through the house and garage and explained how the work would proceed. Kurt and Tyler were a great team. They work so well together and worked solidly every day. There was no downtime for them - they were working hard every day. Each evening they would clean up, pack up the trash and vacuum up what they could. They would review with me what they did that day, and what they were going to work on the next day. The job was scheduled for 9 days but they completed it a day ahead of time. Part of this might have been the extra help they had a few of the days from another Tyler and someone else whose name I don't remember. All of them were great, very friendly, patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process, and always wore masks. I would highly recommend the whole team, especially Kurt and Tyler. Also, a shout out to the office staff. I spoke with a number of different people at the office and was so impressed with how friendly they were. Kudos."

"I have used this company before for plumbing repairs, and I have to agree with many of the reviews. They were prompt, professional and I thought they charged a reasonable fee. So when I decided to install a water softener in my home, I immediately thought of them and asked them for a price estimate. I was told that they charged $69. When I balked at that, they said they would waive the fee and send someone out. I thought that was really nice of them to do that and was looking forward to getting their estimate. I was going to supply the water softener myself, so all I needed was to have them install it. I am fairly handy around the house myself and I knew that this wasn't going to take much more than a hour or so of their time and a few parts. It was not a big job. I was absolutely floored when I go their estimate. They wanted $4,243 for installation only. I find it hard to believe that they would want so much money for so little. I truly felt like they were trying to rip me off. I found a licensed plumber on Angis's List who did the job for $600, which as about what I had estimated the job would cost. I was extremely disappointed in CM Heating's highly overpriced estimate for a simple job. It certainly didn't inspire confidence in the company. They have lost my business forever."

"The worst customer service! First of all, I pay my membership monthly so that I can have someone come out and do my maintenance for both heat and AC. For the past year, I have been getting cancelled due to short staffing. So finally someone came out and looked at my furnace and was told that our blower wheel was dirty and needs to be clean. I was also told that the reason why it was so dirty was because we were using such thin filter, I told the tech that we were actually using a thicker one before but we were told by the previous tech not to use a thicker filter since it will make the furnace work hard. The tech also told me to call Mountlake location ask for discount for all that trouble. I have spoke to someone named Leslie (very sweet lady) about the potential discount and she was supposed to return my call after talking to a manager but never heard back. So, I called again later the day and someone name Gloria answered the phone and so I told her that I was just following up with the discount I was asking about and she straight up said "So why would we give you discount?" in a very rude tone. She was very unprofessional and a big Liar. She told me that they had no managers today but I told her that I was told earlier that the managers were just in a meeting and she was like well let me call the manager for you right now and I will give you a call."
