The idea of turning over our bathroom to them for two days was somewhat intimidating, but they were very prompt, professional, and personable, and kept us informed as needed every step of the way, answering any questions we had. They were very careful about keeping the pathway to the bathroom clean, minimizing any debris while taking out the old shower, and completely cleaning up when finished, hauling all removed materials away. They also were very thorough in leaving us contact information if we have any concerns requiring follow-up, which we do not anticipate needing. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."
