Tom and Jay were absolutely amazing! They were very professional. Before they started the job, they walked me through exactly what they were going to do, how they were going to do the job, and why they had to do it. They even went above and beyond to address potential future problems and asked if I wanted them to fix it. They were very quick and precise. They tested their work to assure there were no leaks. Tom was great. My hot water tank quit working and I had been without hot water for almost 5 weeks. He came the next day on time, was efficient and got the job done quickly. Very professional and I would recommend him anytime. He is licensed and bonded and has fair prices.

Prompt & friendly service. Tom came out next day...less than 24 hours after contacting him. Fixed our inside wall drain pipe leak within an hour. Very reasonable cost. We are relieved & happy.

Most impressed with not only his ability to diagnose the issue over the phone but also weave through misleading and at times contradicting clues, simply because of experience. More than able to get the job done and fast. Also, very conscientious if a follow up is needed. I rather not need a plumber, but if needed again, Tom would be the one to call.

Tom and Michael did a great job. As our house is old they came into a number of challenges. In some cases past plumbers preformed some silly shortcuts leading to pipe disintegration. Tom pointed out the issue, then with permission, solved them quickly - and cost effectively. We will invite them back after the Corona calamity as we have more work to do.

Tom went above and beyond to do a great job relocating the existing plumbing, framing the wall to install a new corner shower unit with glass walls and door. Great job!

Tom installed a garbage disposal for me, very quickly after I requested this! He is very professional and followed through with all of the problems my situation offered - as my house is older and the pipes are not geographically desirable for this! I actually had the drains replaced, but that isn't an option that they give you and you can't write "other." Either way, Tom did an excellent job of dealing with my very old bathtub drain and all the complications that come along with replacing a very old drain with old plumbing. He also replaced my bathroom sink drain. His price was fair, he was very knowledgeable, and he did everything well. Highly recommended.
