Building impressions recently completed a remodel for us. Our downstairs had been in limbo for over a year: half painted, flooring half done, and bathroom not done. I am so impressed with their work! Itâ s not easy completing work started by another. Marco and Carlos had suggestions that really improved our bathroom: lighted mirror, a light/fan thatâ s connected to Bluetooth â ¦things I had not thought of but really like. Communication was excellent. I was consistently informed of their progress throughout the remodel. Carlos and Marco are professional, honest, and do quality work. The tile work in my bathroom is beautiful. The available space was maximized. I highly recommend Building Impressions and will definitely hire them to do any future remodeling.

During 35 years of home ownership, our house has required a variety of repairs and remodeling. For all of that time, we have struggled to find contractors who are responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. In the summer of 2023 we hit the jackpot. Carlos and Marco of Building ImPRESSions came highly recommended, and they have completely lived up to their reputation for integrity. We have hired them twice for drywall and carpentry projects, and the work they do has exceeded our expectations. Now we will always ask Carlos and Marco first for all future work we will need, and as long as they are willing to do it, weâ ll be lucky to have them. Besides their stellar work, they are also great guys - polite, easygoing, and good-natured. Itâ s not easy having strangers in your house, but after a few days with Carlos and Marco, they became more like friends. I just finished up a major 2 bathroom remodel in my home. Upstairs full bath and downstairs Master Bath. There was not a square inch of either bathroom that was untouched. Carlos and his team always showed up when expected, respected our home and property, always left the space clean at end of day. Like many remodels, you don't know what your getting into until walls are exposed. Carlos dealt with all the twists and turns of our remodel with clear communication of options and more than once his professional advise on options was invaluable. I am very happy with results and would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

The project was to turn an old laundry room into a second bathroom with shower. We discussed the project before hand. I was out of the country while this remodel was underway, Carlos kept me updated the entire time, when issues arose he was very detailed and sent pictures explaining the situation. We did end up over the estimate but for things that couldnâ t have been foreseen. Becuase of the communication, the detailed explanations and the clear pictures sent I had no problem authorizing the extra, I came home to an amazing completed project. I have already started talking to Carlos about the next project. He has a vast amount of knowledge and i trust his advice. I think I have found the only contractor I will ever use.

The Building Impressions team worked on drywall repair and plumbing issues in my bathroom. They did a nice job communicating with me as the project progressed and finished up quickly. We had water damage on second story floor from water getting through overhead door in warehouse, also damaged ceiling of first floor. Carlos and Marco did a nice job , kept everything clean, and were a pleasure to work with.
