The overall experience from beginning to end was very professional! I received a prompt response to my request for removal of our gas line. Henry was very polite and kept me informed of the progress of the job with updates and pictures/video of the piping in the crawl space. He even went over and above and fixed our gas leak in our kitchen! I would truly recommend About Plumbing! Thank you.

Jordan came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable about my leaky waterheater. He took time to explain why it was leaking and advised me on how to keep the new one maintained. Jordan was very cautious and made sure his mask was on. I really appreciated that! He did an excellent job in installing a new one and made sure things were cleaned up when done. I would refer About Plumbing to anyone and will use them again when needed.

They were fast, prompt, courteous, very nice to work with. A slight ding regarding how loosely he attached the earthquake bands for my new water heater - I had a very young guy who didn't believe we have to worry about quakes, oop. So I just tightened them, took 10 seconds. Other little ding was I did more research after the fact and may have gotten cheaper labor elsewhere. But no complaints! They did a good job with my water heater.
