"They were on time (early, actually) and conscientious. We had a leak, with water damage evident in a downstairs ceiling. Initially, they took a look and recommended that we get a homeowners' insurance remediation person to come out and do an inspection because of the possibility the leak was extensive enough to involve our insurer. They contacted the expert, he used some moisture detection gear to check the extent of the damage, and advised us that we'd caught the leak in time to keep the damage localized. I cut a hole in the drywall to expose the drainpipe, and the guys from Danika came back the next day. They found the source of the leak (a shower drain gone bad) and replaced it. All is good now."
