"It started out great, they were timely and professional. And they fixed the holes in the roof. However, they replaced the shingles with a significantly different color shingle. When I advised it was the wrong color, Yani said he would correct the issue. This was on November 3. After 4 texts of him telling us he would be out to replace the shingles, the work has not been completed. It is now December 16. Our last contact was on November 23rd. While we understand the right color match product was not available at the time, we are extremely disappointed the problem has not been resolved."

We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects. "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
