Nothing, guy's team came and got it done in two days flat.

They are not careful for the reroofing, a lot of nails and roofing debris were left in the gutters, now they are overflowing and I had to hire a handyman to remove the blockage. They screw up completely regarding the lean release, they put a lean on my condo unit instead of giving us a lean release for the condo association, even though we paid them in full in August of this year.

I just found out (10/19/2023) that Premier Roofing Services LLC purchased all the materials for my 92 year old mom's roof replacement from Stoneway Roofing Supply in our name using our property address so, now Stoneway Roofing Supply has a lien against our property in the amount of $5330.25, which is what Premier Roofing owes them! We thought Premiers price was too good to be true and now we know why! Unless Premier pays their bill at Stoneway, we will be left hanging with their bill!

Rick was excellent to work with. He listened to what I needed for a roofing solution and provided a quote covering exactly what I asked for. No upsell pressure at all. The bid that I received was detailed and specific so I knew exactly what services and materials would be provided. It was also the most competitive bid for similar services and materials. Of the 12 different bids I solicited, this was by far the best. The installation crew was equally professional and skilled. They were in at 7:45 am and gone by 1:30 pm the same day having torn off my old roof, conducted some minor repairs to the plywood decking, installing the new roof and cleaning up after themselves. The roof was the equivalent of 18 squares to put things into perspective. I would definitely use Premier Roofing again and recommend them to friends, family and you.

Rick did a nice job with the quoting process but what blew us away was the size of the crew and the speed with which they worked. They replaced my entire roof in just over 2 days! And when I noticed that some trim was damaged where they installed the flashing, a second crew came out the next day, repaired the trim, and painted it to match the house without any debate. Great service!

Premier roofing service did a great job on new roof installation. Their sales Rep Rick and the crew that installed the roof were very good to work with and their follow through was great. Everything from demo, installation and clean up was spot on. They were very good and timely with couple of minor follow ups. Highly recommend this company for any roofing requirements.

We recently bought a house knowing the roof needed to be replaced. We requested bids from a number of companies and ultimately decided to go with Premier for several reasons. For one, Rick is a genuinely kind individual who contacted us quickly, was flexible in his scheduling to come do an estimate, and answered our questions authoritatively and clearly from years of experience. Their price was extremely competitive, and there were seemingly small (but actually huge) benefits to the way they work (such as using dump trailers vs dumpsters to protect your driveway), and there no were egregious waivers of liability or ridiculous flexible scheduling or promotional requirements to get fair pricing in their contact (like with some of the bigger names in roofing in the area). The workers arrived immediately on time and got to work. We had two small hiccups during the install process related to the scope of the work, but a quick call to Rick on both of them quickly cleared things up. For the one, they really went out of their way to make sure they did the right thing, not the fast thing, which resulted in a small amount of work needing to be done on a second day, which they came back to do, and did it extremely well. We had the roof, skylights, gutters, and downspouts all replaced, and the quality of work was excellent. We'd recommend Premier roofing to anyone. Just make sure the scope of your work is clear, and know that you can call Rick anytime if something comes up.

First time we had ever had to replace a roof. I was very nervous about this project. Rick Nemyre (estimator) put me at ease quickly. Price points were competitive. Was able to do my project within a great time period. He additionally was accessible for any questions or concerns I had during our project. New Asphalt roof, gutters and downspouts, resided and trimmed chimney. All 3 teams were very professional, efficient, clean up and did an excellent job of communicating with me.

We needed a new roof fast. Premier was so professional and responsive. Their pricing was fair, given the size of the job. Even though they were busy, they squeezed us onto the schedule since we were in a bind. They completed the job on deadline, and they were very transparent with costs as well as any changes in plan. I found them to be honest, professional and courteous. And our new roof looks great. Would definitely recommend Premier.

I had 7 bids and what set Rick and Premier apart was his knowledge and clarity about the project as well as the fact that he did the roof of another house on my street and I could see the workmanship. Did everything go perfectly? Nope but the important part to me was how they stepped up to correct when there were bumps and it was done so quickly. The roof removal and replacement including 17 sheets of plywood were done in 1 day. The gutter install was done in a day as well even with the wrong color needing to be swapped out. They also cleaned up the space so much better then I expected including sending a guy out to make sure no nails were left behind around the house. I would do business with Rick and Premier again.

Rick is responsible, trustable and helpful. He was able to accommodate my schedule needs. I am satisfied with the whole process and the new roof. Although there are a couple of minor issues during the whole process, Rick fixed them promptly. It is a good company and I would recommend it.

Premier Roofing is a must call if you need/want a great roof and roofing experience! I called and Rick answered and setup a meeting to have a look the next day and had a very detailed estimate to me that evening. After meeting with him I got 2 other estimates, his estimate was very competitive and included a 50yr roofing system VS the others using a 30yr shingle. His crew was amazing! The six of them got it all torn off including the bad ply sheets that needed to be replaced and reroofed in one day and it came out awesome! Thanks Rick and crew!

Of all the estimates I got for the asphalt roof tear off and install Rick was the most straight forward and communicative, the job was well done and fast, the roofing crew did a great job and the work they did was a major improvement over the old roof, materials, flashings etc..

Rick came out on a Monday had an estimate to me Monday night! I was waiting for a couple of estimates to arrive to make my decision.
