Fantastic- new roof and gutters look amazing. Worked delivered on time. Did have to pay extra for rotten plywood boards- but only discovered once old shingles removed. Was told about the techs coming back after gutters installed- to remove them again so we could have the house painted. Great communication with George. Gutters removed-then replaced as promised- would highly recommend

Very good explanation of roofing types, why the product they install is certified, how to care for the roof once it is installed, how the roof is designed to stay the same temp as the outdoors, preventing sweating or condensation, etc. I was able to make a clear decision on which product to have installed and the work was done very well. All clean up from former roof was done perfectly. New roof and gutters look fabulous. it increased the value of our home substantially and will last 50 yrs if we care for it properly.

An amazing experience from start to finish. George- who we first met- was direct/honest and very knowledgeable. Initially we thought we were going to go with a more expensive shingle with a ridge-but George raised the issue about living in the Northwest and moss forming on the roof-didn't try to up sell us. Also discussed the need for new gutters/skylights - and by the time we were all said an done- the quote was the same as two other vendors for the roof only. There was a little delay getting started- in part due to COVID. Finally got the job going. David- project manager- checked in with my wife every day. They did find a lot of rotten plywood -which did add to the final cost- but job took twice as long. Job site cleaned every day-as promised. So happy with our new roof. Wife had a cough/scratchy throat for 6 months-docs couldn't find the issue-ALL symptoms resolved within 3 days of new roof going on!! Would highly recommend Larry Haight for all your roofing needs

We just had our old cedar roof replaced with the 3 layer Presidential CertainTeed brand composition roofing. The whole process of tearing off the old roof and installing the new roofing, venting, and adding the new skylights took about 3.5 working days. We had two additional new skylights installed including the deep skylight wells from ceiling to roof level. The framing & drywall for same was required. This was the first time in my life that I've ever seen drywall taping, plus 3 coats of drywall mud, and a heavy knockdown texture applied totally dust free. To me, that was like magic. I was worried about the knockdown texture coming out right, but it could not have been done more perfectly. Therefore, I would highly recommend Larry Haight Res. Roofing.

Actual cost came in 50% over the estimate which is way more then it should have been if the job was properly estimated. Estimate was in the range of $16,000, but they added $8,000 in change orders at end of job without even consulting me. They never came back to fill screw holes in fascia after promising to do it twice. Total cost was over $25,000 after estimating $16,000 and their attitude is oh well? I feel like they are a total con job. Avoid this contractor!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] for you to blatantly lie is really sad. Do you think we would do $6,420 of extra work without your approval. You paid your bill on time and even thanked us. You asked us to caulk some screws which we did on 7/17/19 from 8:30-10:00. The following is the truth: 1. You signed a contract for $16,567 2. We had a pre construction meeting where YOU asked us to add several items to your contract 3. Our contract specifically states, you will be given a change order for items discovered during the roof replacement process. We wouldn't do anything without you giving us the OK! 4. The house had been neglected and we found bad plywood, bad soffit material and bad fascia 5. YOU agreed for us to repair these items. YOU knew exactly the cost of these items 6. WE gave you a beautiful roof and corrected the ventilation and all the other damage on your rental house We work extremely hard to replace old roofs and correct items directly involved with the roof. We have been doing this since 1985. It's also very easy to call us to discuss items of concern. SO [Member Name Removed] WHO IS REALLY TRYING TO CON PEOPLE"
