Although the work has not been completed, I have been extremely satisfied with the work Palacios Drywall has done to date.

Great experience! We had an unfinished project, left by a big box company and just wanted it done. They came in and finished the wall texturing and I was so happy!

Martin and Aldo did an excellent job repairing drywall after we had electrical work done. They were on time, prepped the area to keep floors clean, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed.

Martin and his crew updated my 1970s home beautifully. They are skillful and proud of their work (and of their crafts) and it shows. Martin is extremely attentive to details and makes sure everything is completed above standards and above expectations. He stayed within budget and helped me save money where possible. The drywall work is much better than I ve seen elsewhere (and all of my interior walls were changed from knock-down texture to smooth!) From demolition, to trim/finishing work to painting...this team did A LOT of everything! I would not hesitate to hire them again. I recommend them highly and am thankful Palacio s Drywall, LLC completed my remodel!!!!!

Get a specific quote. At a minimum ask the hourly rate. It ended up being $85 per hour, per person and they inflated the hours. Additionally, NO effort was made to protect furniture and most of the floor area. DUST and handprints EVERYWHERE. Drywall paste in the driveway, on door handles, sink faucets, furniture, anywhere they touched. Overspray of texture material on floor and furniture. I offered to move and cover furniture. They said they would take care of it. Took me a good 4 hours to clean up the mess and it wasn't a huge job. Some patching of cracks on ceiling and walls in 2 rooms and patching over removed intercoms in 2 additional rooms. The quality of the work was good and the response time for getting back to me and showing up was great.

Martin Palacios installed drywall and tub/shower Durroc backing in our bathroom remodel project in Everett. This was a very small job since it is a 6 x 8 foot bathroom and sometimes hard to find contractors willing to do a small project. Martin was prompt and did an excellent job for us and the price was good. We are satisfied

Palacios Drywall did an excellent job for us. They came to Whidbey Island and reworked our entire home, tape, repairs and texture. It came out beautiful. The owner Martin was respectful, polite and hardworking. They arrived on time or called to say they would be late. He checked in the night before to verify he would be there. No guessing. They worked every day until the job was complete. We would highly recommend them and use them again. The price was reasonable for the amount of work. We are really happy with the work.

Palacios Drywall came to Whidbey Island to do the drywall work on a major remodel job. Martin Palacios team did a great job. We added work to the job and his change order pricing was very reasonable. We had them do a new drywall work to redesigned rooms and do repairs to existing ceiling issues. He wanted to insure we were satisfied with the work before he left the job. We were very happy with his and his team's work. I would recommend the business for jobs especially on Whidbey Island since limited number of companies will come to the island to do work.

I had a wall that had a lot of patch jobs on it and I needed it retextured. They worked very hard and got me in around their larger day jobs and came over in the later afternoon one day to do the work. The work was well done and they were very professional. I'm only giving them a 4.5 because there was a small mess I had to clean up after.

Being a not-for-profit HIPAA company here in Everett, Martin Palacios had to jump through severl qualifcation hoops to get the job. He was very understanding and followed through on every step of the process. Once he was certified, he got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would also recommend him for other small construction jobs as well.

Arrived late but did a very good job and helped put washer and dryer back in place.

Very responsive, came out on July 4th to patch a section of water damanged drywall. Fast and seamless installation!

They seemed very committed to make me happy. Once they arrived, they were very fast and efficient. I took off half a point as they were always a little late. I don't know about the value for money because we were a rush job, so I think all our bids were on the high side. We would hire them again.
