A year after my units were installed I called them for maintenance of my furnace and air conditioning units. They gave me prices for both and scheduled me. The technician showed up and said they don’t service furnaces after the scheduler told me they did. They supposedly did maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace but refuse to provide me an invoice or quote for repair work. I have called the office 7 times, given my email address twice, asked for a manager twice and not received a single call or email back. I bet their response to this review will be for me to call them, 7 times isn’t enough."
