"Stuart Riensche and his crew did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone. He runs a tight ship. We were soo impressed with the quality of work! Great attention to detail. Such a beautiful job and done on time, on budget without any negative suprises. Can't say enough good things about these guys. And their pricing was very competitive. Stuart got back to us quickly and once we accepted the bid, he scheduled us. The project start date was a couple of months out, and they started right on schedule. Our home hadn't been painted in 15 years ago and was starting to look like it needed to be done again. My husband had used a sprayer and only put on a single coat at the time. When they pressure washed our house, quite a bit of loose paint came off, down to the bare wood. That meant that the primer paint layer that was needed was more extensive than they had planned. They did a great job making sure the bare wood was all primed, and then painted 2 coats of top quality paint. All the lines are crisp and so professional. We realized after they started that we also wanted to have the deck painted, and they were able to do that too, at a very good price. Stuart and his team met and greatly exceeded our expectations! Really great company."

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron and Nick came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done."

"Fred at RFI was extremely fast and friendly. We had fence damage from a wind storm and needed to repair it fast because we had just sold our house and needed to fix it before closing. I called him on Sunday, he came by to look at it on Monday and told me he would have it done by Saturday, but he came the very next day and got it done. It looks like nothing ever happened! "Krutin LLC has done two projects for me, one last year and one in June of this year. The first project was to rebuild the rotted steps and substructure on our 25 year old deck The second, to remove years of stain and refinish the deck. Both times we were delighted with the work. Roman and his parter are fast, professional, reasonable in cost, and gave us good advice on how to move forward to restore the deck on the front of our house. Not an easy task. My wife and I were pleased with the work and the result was, in our opinion, outstanding. We were so pleased to see that, after the old stain was removed painstakingly, most of the wood still looked great. Roman replaced the rotted parts before refinishing. Our 25 year old deck now looks almost as good as new! I would recommend Krutin LLC to anyone wanting first class deck work as a reasonable price."

"I’ve used Evergreen for a few projects mostly outside. They do a super job of managing their work site, being on time and within budget. Our deck stain job, one cedar & one Ipe, turned out beautiful and they gave me great advice on keeping them in good shape. I also used them for refinishing 45 year old wood floors. We had no idea how much they needed Nate from Evergreens’ touch. The floors turned out beautiful and significantly increased the resale value of our home. It took an extra coat of stain and finish but it was worth the effort. "Thorough. Hand sanded and hand painted 2 coats on my older deck. Finished product is very good. Only one instance of not masking adjacent board so it got paint on it. I highly recommend Seatown Painting Solution."
