"I enthusiastically recommend Summit Painting LLC (Stuart Riensche, owner) for house and deck painting. They painted the exterior of our house and our deck at the end of May and did an excellent job. The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). They also removed, replaced and painted a deteriorating deck banister. The price was very close to the estimate and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed."

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. The old deck was a true hazard and they were able to repair water damaged areas adjacent to the deck structure as well. Fred was great at offering various design options and happily answered all our questions. Without being prompted, he sent lots of pictures from start to finish, which really kept us informed since we were not on site. The deck and railing turned out beautiful. The first project was to rebuild the rotted steps and substructure on our 25 year old deck The second, to remove years of stain and refinish the deck. Both times we were delighted with the work. Roman and his parter are fast, professional, reasonable in cost, and gave us good advice on how to move forward to restore the deck on the front of our house. Not an easy task. My wife and I were pleased with the work and the result was, in our opinion, outstanding. We were so pleased to see that, after the old stain was removed painstakingly, most of the wood still looked great. Roman replaced the rotted parts before refinishing.
