"I enthusiastically recommend Summit Painting LLC (Stuart Riensche, owner) for house and deck painting. They painted the exterior of our house and our deck at the end of May and did an excellent job. The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). They also removed, replaced and painted a deteriorating deck banister. The price was very close to the estimate and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed."

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron and Nick came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done."

I called him on Sunday, he came by to look at it on Monday and told me he would have it done by Saturday, but he came the very next day and got it done. It looks like nothing ever happened! Our deck stain job, one cedar & one Ipe, turned out beautiful and they gave me great advice on keeping them in good shape. I also used them for refinishing 45 year old wood floors. We had no idea how much they needed Nate from Evergreens’ touch. The floors turned out beautiful and significantly increased the resale value of our home. It took an extra coat of stain and finish but it was worth the effort. He communicated profess to me each day so when I arrived back at the house there were no surprises except how great the floors look! As usual, Nate and the guys exceeded our expectations."

"Thorough. Hand sanded and hand painted 2 coats on my older deck. Finished product is very good. Only one instance of not masking adjacent board so it got paint on it. I highly recommend Seatown Painting Solution."
