(Tech. Measure) to the installers Bryant S. and Andrew H.. Bryant and Andrew were super great men that installed all our windows and slider. Hands down best workers we've ever had in our home. They were always punctual and reliable, very efficient and knowledgeable about their work and product. Bryant walked me around and explained how everyone of the items worked, what not to do, how to easily clean them and immediately took care of the factory issue with one of the obscure bathroom windows that the factory turned the wrong way. They worked quickly and always cleaned up everything on a daily basis, so it looked like they hadn't made any mess or were here at all. Again we're so happy and glad that we went with the Renewal by Andersen windows and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to or wants to replace their windows!!"

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Ron is amazingly patient, very cooperative and good with logistics. He’s gifted at handling communication. The windows are very handsome. The locks on the windows don’t lock in any position except for when they’re closed. I was hoping I could lock them when they’re locked when open at any point. They slide beautifully. They are very efficient. From the outside they look like they belong. They are appealing. You can tell that my windows greet you. The installers did a great job too! They found rotting behind some of my windows and were very helpful in explaining how I’d need to go about getting the repairs done. They offered a tremendous amount of empathy. They were very good with cleanup. They were very graceful with making sure there were no obstructions. "

"We needed a custom (person) door installed into our garage, replacing an existing window. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again."
