While the reps are kind, the organization lacks some professionalism in their inability to meet promised deadlines, and in their follow up to make corrections and adjustments to their installations. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "Quick response to estimate request as he had another scheduled in my area that day. DJ arrived, measured the room, and gave me a written estimate on the spot. The estimate did not include the wood trim on room perimeter (I did not ask for this specifically; knotty pine walls need new varnish at the bottom, so I'll DIY this) so ask for this if you want it. The price was fair, and he could do the job on my fixed schedule. I asked many questions; DJ was knowledgeable and answered each one. He also sometimes responded "that is the customer's decision", so I knew what information he needed from me. The person who did the work fixed a raised piece of wood that I discovered after moving the furniture out. I was afraid this would be a problem, but this partial piece was carefully removed and filled and is now smooth. The floor is beautiful! I've lived here for 22 years and the upstairs floor was already worn, then worn some more by our family. Natural finish was the way to go on this floor because, as DJ had imagined, the short pieces are primarily red oak, with color and grain patterns that are gorgeously varied. I'm delighted! This was an excellent investment."
