Sam is a super friendly guy and easy to talk to. He was able to get me in his schedule within 2 days and did a really nice job cleaning up my old gutters. They were so bad they had plants growing out of them and now they look great. The price was very reasonable for how bad they were. I'd be happy to work with him again and recommend him to all my friends!

I am so happy that I found S and A! Sam did our windows this week and they look fantastic. He was super thorough, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We have a lot of windows and not all are easy to get to, but that was no trouble for Sam. He was also super responsive and accommodating of our schedule. I look forward to having him come out several times a year to keep the windows and screens looking beautiful. Incredible service and value!

I requested a rush job, and Sam fulfilled my request the next day and worked in 95 degree weather with no A/C (sorry)! Sam thoroughly cleaned my filthy interior and exterior Windows, screens and crud encrusted tracks. I rarely provide reviews and ratings, but they did such a fantastic job I feel I should. I absolutely recommend S and A, LLC.
