"Getting the electrician scheduled was hard; there were numerous cancellations and rescheduling, not showing up on time, & the delays & number of separate appointments I had to make (6+) made things frustrating as a customer. I wish that I was proactively updated on arrival changes. Overall, my issues were clerical. It was hard when they did not show up on time (and not calling to inform me; I had to call the main number to find out when they would be arriving for an 8 am appointment), especially since the electrical work was located at different locations around the house...and I didn't know if I could use the kitchen or do laundry, since I knew they would have to cut the power at different times. While the work was great, I had issues with so many appointments and having to reschedule and wait around for them to show up, etc., in addition to not being proactively informed about scheduling changes. I would still recommend them, but I would advise you to be flexible in your availability and be prepared to call for updates if you want to make any plans around their "scheduled" appointments."
