so I've hired SnoKing twice now. first time for my house to sell, 2nd time for the house we bought. SnoKing was on time, communicative, and the most customer caring company that I would recommend without reservation. On top of fair and accurate quote, the crew came onsite were all very honest, and did not charge more than what was successfully completed. They've earned my trust in a way that I will definitely book more appointments with SnoKing whenever I need carpet cleaning service, without looking at anywhere else.

They quickly returned the call and were very courteous over the phone. Carpet Cleaning job was scheduled for the very next day. The person arrived on time and took the measurements for accurate estimate of the area before starting the work. They did a very thorough job cleaning and drying with fans and took special care of the areas with spots. Overall, I felt, they were bit pricey compared to the other service I had hired in the past, but they were comparatively thorough and did good quality work. Would definitively recommend and hire for next time.

The service was excellent, Kyle and his staffs were professional; courteous and on time, they fit my work into their schedule on a short notice, and they provided and offered to deodorize our cushion at no extra cost, when it was not on the original request, since I was not aware that it was an option. I will be a repeat customer, and I would highly recommend them to other members.

Very well, on time and did great making sure to hit all the areas. $50 out of area service fee but I knew that was going to be applied. Overall, it was worth the money.

They were able to send over a cleaner to quickly clean a couple of offices that I had just gotten emptied for a tenant who moved his office furniture in the next day. They came back and cleaned the rest of the building within a week. They did a better job than the prior two cleaners, and the tenants were pleased.

Staff were all professional in their manner. Also wore masks. Careful with use of equipment. .Listened to requests. Company strives to use the best equipment and cleaning solutions for the carpet(s). Was also able to get out a fruit drink stain (on a carpet) that had not responded to any other cleaning solutions. Have tried other carpet cleaning companies over the years. This is by far the best for overall results.

The chairs proved to be a challenge to clean because of their age and the unspecified fabrics. Kyle and his team did a great job cleaning and protecting the chairs. I particularly appreciated the updates on the project and the care and diligence put into the work. They also went above and beyond by delivering the chairs to me. I would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous.

The Sno-King team responded incredibly quickly to our request for carpet cleaning after contractors left water damage. They got us on their schedule the next day, were professional and helpful, walked through all of our options and costs associated, worked around the electrician who was also there, and did an amazing job reviving the carpets in our home. The technician that came was very friendly, courteous, professional, and do an excellent job! We didn’t think some very indented spots from heavy furniture would come back up, but their machines did an excellent job and got the carpet to fluff back up! The carpet was a very light beige/off white color, and after having a dog was not looking very nice. After their cleaning (just a basic carpet cleaning at that!) it cane out looking brand new! Kyle responded right away when I requested a quote, and the quote was spot on, final price ended up being a little lower even. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!
