They had lots of wear from when the kids were young and even more wear from a recent reconstruction project. Ivan was very clear about what the results and cost would be if he simply cleaned and sealed, or if he replaced selected tiles or if he put in a totally new floor. It was so helpful to have it explained. We are very pleased with the results and he was a joy to work with."

When he was putting in the baseboards and casing for me, he suggested options in layout and design. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
