They do not have full control of worker schedules and quality. This will cause issues! I have a flat roof that needed repair and they sub-contracted out to another company who did a poor job. They did not add foam underlay for water shedding, no ventilation was included, and no top caps for parapets were installed. I now have an unfinished roof that is likely a mold nightmare. I have spent 4 months back and forth with them promising to come back and fix it with zero action. I now have a pending lawsuit for all the money I spent for an improper roof. Hire a company that owns equipment and hires workers on staff."

"Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court."
