"My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. We used another one previous to them, I can't remember their name, I wish I could because I really would want give them an "F". American Home Shield has been good.
