I was expecting this job to take 3-4 months and they finished it in a month and half! I’m so happy and pleased with the workmanship and dedication. We had difficulty finding a competent contractor to take on this repair. Within a few days of contacting Tom, he visited the property and had an estimate prepared. We had some concerns about the large amount of deposit that he required. He did explain that obtaining a large deposit has become commonplace among contractors in the area so they will be paid. So we went ahead and sent him a check for the deposit. Once he had received the payment, he started the work within a couple of days and was completely finished in less than two weeks. He kept us informed along the way of his progress. The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to use Tom again."
