He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. "They came out and helped me decide what weatherization steps would get me the most results for my limited budget.  Very pleasant to deal with.  I was especially interested in getting the crawl space under my kitchen bump out to be fitted with better insulation as the kitchen floor was unbearably cold in the winter.  It was a yucky job for them, getting under there, but they did it. The floor was somewhat warmer this winter, but not so much warmer that I could go in there barefoot before April.  I guess that's why we have slippers.  In any case, RSU did a fine job."
