We work with Energy Trust of Oregon, Clark Public Utilities, and other regional utility programs to help you take advantage of incentives that lower your costs. Whenever possible, we apply those incentives at the time of purchase and take ownership of the paperwork and waiting involved with reimbursements. Plus, we provide any documentation you need to claim additional state and federal tax credits that further offset the cost of the project. Our installation crews are skillfully qualified with multiple weatherization and safety certifications. HomeRx’s sales rep, Bryant, came to assess the attic and crawl space in an older home I purchased. His kind, calm manner of explaining what I needed and how HomeRx would remediate it was reassuring. He told me HomeRx and Energy Trust of Oregon are in a partnership. When I learned I qualified for an ETO rebate, it was so much more generous than I’d expected! HomeRx’s expertise, along with their care, flowed from beginning to end. When I called/visited the office, I felt truly valued as a customer. Alma, Taylor, Samual, Jennifer, Kimberly, and Adan each explained what I needed to know from their unique area of expertise! If there was a glitch, it was fixed to their standards. Home RX provided insulation at my mother’s house as part of a repair for a roof leak. I had used them previously at my house and recommended them to her. They did an excellent job and were very customer oriented. I would recommend them to anyone in need of insulation services.

The insulation work was done very well and at a great price. I believe one of the insulators stepped off of a truss and onto a ceiling tape joint during the work because I had a ceiling crack show up shortly after the project was completed.

We hired performance insulation to insulate two walls in our commercial/ residential building. One between the adjacent apartment. And another wall between bedrooms in the same apartment. The job was fairly affordable at just over $1300, but we do not notice any appreciable difference in the noise between units. The workers were polite and quick. They were in and out in less than five hours. There was a little mess left afterwards. We were finding a few tufts of insulation here and there over the next few days.

Had them come out and do some insulation for our new home in the crawl space - they basically laid out 6mm plastic, took 30 min tops, overall a really unprofessional job ...something my 10-year-old kid could have done...charged me an arm and a leg .....so this is on me - I did the research and read HORROR story after HORROR story on what to avoid and well... thats basically what happened. When i reviewed the work done by **Jose**, I told him it was sub par and that this business was essentially the exact horror story experience I was hoping to avoid. He laughed and I basically gave up and escorted him out. I would avoid this company - they do sub par work then use that as a up sell opportunity to basically do it right but for more money.
