Following the market tendencies and personal goals of having their own construction company, the licensing process though the CCB board in Oregon is started, with the license being obtained in January 2024 Specialty Commercial and Residential Contracting CCB 249307 Since then, MAI Preconstruction LLC has grown exponentially through word of mouth clientele because of the results and problem solving that we provide. We aren’t incased in a single trade and can handle a variety of trades at the same time with our inhouse labor specialists.
