Technician did not use any probe, or even flashlight to check the chimney, only the phone flashlight! Overall, overpriced, not tidy or high quality service, and lacks transparency with the pricing. Search around more."

Emerald City Chimney on the other hand was honest and thoroughly dismantled all the b******* the others tried to sell me. That’s what happens when you actual experienced workers take the lead instead of salespeople. It took a while to figure out exactly what the best approach would be, but in the end I got a job done for like $650 when the others wanted like $3000. I bought a custom fit chimney cap myself for like $200 I think and then had emerald city retrofit and install it for $450."
