"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, did a good job of helping us get the building permit from Snohomish County. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent.
