Alex was very thorough on explaining on everything that needed to be done.He also recommended to replace the filter that was leaking. Used Shell Sea's pools & spas to do my pool repair because they have very excellent reviews on their website. Mr. Alex responded very quickly when getting your business. Very quick to remove the old tile and plaster on August 15,2025. Tile selected, after that, I was told he would come and check the pool for any leaking, but no one showed up, not even informed you why. Since then, there has been no update information, not returning your call, responded via text messages after couple phone call. Still unable to give you when will come to complete the job. Today is Sept,5,25. Not sure about the craftsmanship quality. Will continue to update my review . Continue to my review for my swimming pool remodeling. Finally my pool remodeling completed. I satisfied the job they done.But still 1 star for the communication ,no update no respond on time, ignores your phone call. Initially the job should be done around 2 weeks as perAlex. but done in 2 months instead. Give them business if ok with

We have a 27 year old inground pool which definitely needed some TLC. Well that’s exactly what we received from Shell Sea’s Pools and Spas. They are absolutely awesome and I highly recommend. The communication and service are 5 Star. The crew was fantastic, work was done professionally and cleanly. It was like they were never here, except for that our pool looks brand new. We had a mini pebble applied and new tile, and couldn’t be happier. Can’t say enough good things.

Alex Shell Sea Pools and crew were awesome. Alex gave us the dates for demo and plaster and his crew were early, set up and started at the proper time. They were polite and knew what they were doing. They were efficient and cleaned up after each part of the job. We are so happy with Alex Shell Sea Pools. They did an awesome job on our pool replaster. It’s beautiful.

These reviews have to be fake. My parents hired this company for a pool remodel back in April and the crew has only been out twice and left a mess behind. There has been next to no communication, excuse after excuse. He was responsive when he was trying to book the job then got his deposit and it?s been crickets since then. Its now June, no work is done, and the job is far from complete with no end in site and zero updates on completion date. His crew didn?t bring a wheelbarrow and left a pile of debris behind and it?s been sitting there for weeks. We have placed numerous calls and texts and it is practically impossible to get any contact with ?Alex?. They were finally supposed to meet with him today and surprise? he cancelled at the last minute and when asked to reschedule for later no response. GHOSTED! I have 60k followers on social media and am about to blast this terrible business. All these positive reviews citing excellent communication and cleanliness must be fake!

Alex walked us through the quote, my spouse having Alzheimer’s needed the patience and time to communicate with Alex. A kind and respectful man. Crew always arrived on time, always cleaned up at end of the day. Each phase of the pool remodel was performed by an experienced and professional team. Finale phase was the plaster. My 1960’s pool now looks awesome 😊
